While on vacation visiting friends in Rockport, TX I photographed this ghost sign on the side of a building downtown. At first when I photographed it, I never gave it any thought until my best friend told me about it. After finding some information on the internet, this ghost sign is an adverstisement for a resort for the Ku Klux Klan back in the mid 1920’s. According to the brochure it was located about 4 miles from Rockport, TX. not really sure what direction from Rockport. The Ghost sign has been on the side of the building for 30+ years.
